By accessing or using LinkMee (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

LinkMee is a link-in-bio platform that allows users to create customizable profile pages with links, media embeds, digital stores, and other content.

3. User Accounts

  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • One person may not maintain more than one free account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Distribute malware, spam, or phishing content.
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users.
  • Impersonate any person or entity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.

5. Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload. By posting content, you grant LinkMee a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display, distribute, and promote your content in connection with the Service.

6. Payments and Subscriptions

  • Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected.
  • All payments are processed by Stripe and subject to Stripe's terms.
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. LinkMee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
